Help Videos – Browsers QA

1.  Do help videos automatically play on all devices?

On PC or Mac, Help Videos automatically play, but they do not automatically play on the mobile iOS and Android devices. For Mac – Safari browser, please go to its Preferences, then Websites, set Auto-Play on our website – enotebookpros.com

2. Is there any problem in viewing Help Videos in PC or Mac platform?

Generally there is no problem. If problem happens in PC, please go to Settings-Apps, then Default Apps-Web Browser to change the Default Web Browser.

For Mac, please make the change by going to System Preferences -> General ->Default Web Browser.

3. Is there any problem in viewing Help Videos in iOS platform?

Generally there is no problem for iPad. For iPhone, please try to hold the icon to Request Default Desktop Site as shown below.

After selecting the help video from the menu, please highlight the web link and click go.

3. Is there any problem in viewing Help Videos in Android platform?

Generally there is no problem but you have to click the video to play.
